A substrate for OLED display and a display device relate to the technical field of display, and solve the problems of complex driving and large power consumption caused by driving other sub-pixels by the existing OLED display device for adjusting the chromaticity coordinate or the color temperature balance. The substrate for OLED display comprises a color filter layer (22), and the color filter layer (22) comprises the filter patterns of at least four different colors, wherein a red filter pattern (221) is formed on the substrate for display at the position corresponding to a first sub-pixel, a green filter pattern (222) is formed at the position corresponding to a second sub-pixel, a blue filter pattern (223) is formed at the position corresponding to a third sub-pixel, and a white filter pattern (224) and a filter pattern of at least one color except white and black are formed at the position corresponding to a fourth sub-pixel. The luminance sum of the filter patterns of the colors except white and black is not greater than 20% of the luminance of the fourth sub-pixel. |
