<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film electrode capable of preventing wrinkles of a collector due to a volume change of an electrode active material accompanying charge and discharge of a battery, and thereby, preventing degradation of characteristics caused by the wrinkles of the collector in one used for a lithium-ion battery. <P>SOLUTION: The thin-film electrode is provided with a collector 2 made of a rolled metal foil, an active material layer formed on the collector, and a tab 4 jointed to the collector.
