PURPOSE: A guardrail for roads including a buffer structure for shock absorption is provided to effectively absorb shock if a vehicle or a weight body is crashed to the guardrail. CONSTITUTION: A guardrail for roads including a buffer structure for shock absorption comprises a rail(10) and a spacer(30). The rail is coupled with multiple posts(20) embedded underground and is expanded along the road to be parallel to the surface of the earth. The rail is comprised of an outer rail(11) and an inner rail(13). The outer rail has a hollow. The inner rail has the same cross-sectional shape as the hollow of the outer rail. The spacer is inserted between the post and the rail. The spacer is coupled with the post and the rail by a fastener.
