PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of improving the reliability by protecting a sensor element and a signal processing circuit from reverse connection of a power source.SOLUTION: The sensor device is configured so that, when the power source is normal and when the voltage on a power source terminal 2 is higher than the voltage on the ground terminal 3, well power supply MOS transistors 9 and 10 get into on-state and the voltage on the power source terminal is supplied to a well of a MOS transistor 6 which is connected to a power source line 201; and when the power source is abnormal and when the voltage on the power source terminal is lower than the voltage of the ground terminal, the well power supply MOS transistors gets into off-state so that no current flows from the MOS transistor well to the power source line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
