PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of suppressing an image defect due to cracks in a photosensitive layer containing methoxybenzene, a process cartridge having the electrophotographic photoreceptor and an electrophotographic device.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a support medium and a photosensitive layer on the support medium. The photosensitive layer includes a charge generating layer containing a charge generating material and a charge transport layer containing a charge transport material in this order. The charge transport layer contains (α) a specific polycarbonate resin or a specific polyester resin; (β) the charge transport material; (γ) methoxybenzene; and (δ) methoxybenzene, methoxy cyclohexane or methyl hexanol with a substituent group. The content Wδ of the (δ) is 0.001 to 1 mass% with regard to a total mass of the charge transport layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
