PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for hard coat layer capable of forming a hard coat layer which hardly causes generation of air bubbles when a liquid filler is coated, and is excellent in hardness.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for hard coat layer that contains a hydrophobic photocurable resin, a fluorine-based surfactant, a photopolymerization initiator and an organic solvent, and is used for formation of a hard coat layer formed on a surface on which a liquid filler is coated, where the fluorine-based surfactant is insoluble in toluene, is soluble in water, and has surface tension of 0.1 mass% of an aqueous solution of 30 mN/m or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
