The invention relates to a process for integrating the dry desulphurization by-product in the dense slime formula for the hydraulic conveyance through pipeline systems up to the storage dump. According to the invention, the process consists in establishing the formula for preparing the dense slime, after which a homogenous solution is prepared by vigorously stirring the liquefying additive/retarding admixture quantity in the formula, such as WRDA 31/R for concrete with the quantity of water wherein the desulphurization by-product quantity is added, to result in a homogenous slime in which the stabilization of the dry desulphurization by-product is ensured, after which the quantity of electric filter ash is added and the stirring is continued for 15 min up to obtaining a homogenous dense slime which keeps hydraulic conveyance characteristics for a solidification/hydraulic mixing time higher than 120 min. |
