PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a liquefaction countermeasure structure for an existing structure's foundation ground, which is applicable without limiting the existing structure's shape.SOLUTION: A liquefaction countermeasure structure 1 comprises: a pair of vertical underground walls 11, 12 formed so as to put an existing structure 2's foundation ground 3 between the walls; and a pair of oblique underground walls 13, 14 formed from the tops of the respective vertical underground walls 11, 12 toward the lower part of the existing structure 2. The upper ends of the oblique underground walls 13, 14 are connected to the upper ends of the vertical underground walls 11, 12, respectively; inclination angles θ, θof the oblique underground walls 13, 14 to the vertical underground walls 11, 12 increase or decrease along extending directions of the vertical underground walls 11, 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
