Provided are a frame assembly and a display device. The frame assembly comprises a rubber frame (10) and a backplate (20). The rubber frame (10) comprises rubber frame side walls (11). The rubber frame side walls (11) define a frame-shaped structure in a surrounding manner. The backplate (20) comprises backplate side walls (21) and a backplate bottom wall (22). The backplate side walls (21) surround the outer side of the rubber frame side walls (11). Each rubber frame side wall (11) is provided with a fixing structure. The fixing structures are used for fixedly connecting the rubber frame (10) and the backplate (20), in addition, the fixing structures form limiting structures on the lower surfaces of the backplate bottom wall (22), and the limiting structures are used for limiting the position of a printed circuit board (30), and accordingly, the structures of the frame assembly and the display device can be simplified.
