Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a multimedia service processing method, system and device. The method comprises: during an access to a multimedia conference of a terminal, receiving multiple media services transmitted from the terminal; and combining the multiple media services into one single media service, and transmitting the single media service to a multipoint control unit (MCU) corresponding to the terminal. The embodiments of the present invention address the problem in the related art in which a video conference does not allow an access of a plurality of media services from one terminal, and enable conference participants to join the conference via multiple media simultaneously. For example, a conference participant can use a rear camera to capture texts, images or films while participating in a conference, thus improving user experience. |
