These may be applied monophasically to medium-voltage three-phase electric networks and to low-voltage electric networks without coolant oil, close to consumers, operation being possible with only one motor for actuating the contacts of each one of the three phases of the three-phase network of the autotransformer, application also being possible to low-voltage rural single-phase networks, juxtaposed alongside consumers, and they dispense with the transition reactor and replace it with a position transition resistor, they eliminate the polarity reversing key and replace it with a reverse-current coil (22). The STABILIZERS that are the subject of the present patent introduce control modifications and modifications in switching mechanisms, enabling the three autotransformers of the three-phase network, as a function of the withdrawal of the transition reactors, to be capable of being housed in only one housing that likewise houses the three commutators and the respective motors or single motor thereof.
