The device for medical ozone therapy by transfusion or infusion is equipped in the usual manner with a hose-pipe leading to the patient, a vacuum bottle (16) and a drip chamber (10) with filter (23). So that this device can meet the new, more stringent requirements as regards hygiene and simultaneously operates with a high degree of efficiency and gentle treatment, the hose-pipe is divided into a blood withdrawal line (3) and an infusion/transfusion line (9, 12) to form a two-way system, the two lines extending in parallel between the vacuum bottle (16) and the patient. The blood withdrawal line (3) comprises a non-return valve (5) which is open in the withdrawal direction only. The drip chamber (10) is arranged in the infusion/transfusion line and provided with an outflow valve (15).
