PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispenser constructed to dispense the prescribed number of game media through one dispensing processing, thereby accepting high-value bills and dispensing the game media through the high-value bills. SOLUTION: A game medium dispenser has a delivery means 16 for delivering the prescribed number of game media with one delivery operation, a bill charge port 11 into which bills required for the delivery are charged, an identifying means 11b for identifying the types of charged bills, credit means 13 and 19b for storing a difference if the charged bills are at a high value than a value equivalent to a preset number of game media and a control means 19 for controlling the delivery of a prescribed number of game media from the delivery means 16 in accordance with an instruction, if given by an instructing means 14 when the credit means 13 and 19b store the difference and for controlling the reduction of the difference.
