PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defective precision of a ram position caused by displacement of a ram owing to heat generating from a motor mechanism. SOLUTION: A motor mechanism consisting of a ball screw part, wherein a ball screw 25 which vertically drives a freely vertically moving ram 3 provided in a main body frame is screwed into a nut member 35, is attached to the main body frame. The housing 17 of the motor mechanism is attached to the main body frame using the ram side end part 29 as the attaching reference position BS. Therefore, although the ball screw 25 extends toward the ram attaching side relative to the attaching reference position BS by being influenced by heat of the motor mechanism, the nut member 35 and the motor housing 17 extend toward the opposite side of the ram attaching side relative to the above described attaching reference position BS by being influenced by heat of the motor mechanism, and whereby the extension of the ball screw 25 toward the ram attaching side is offset.
