<p>PURPOSE: A half-heating reinforced asphalt mixture using foamed asphalt is provided which has improved coating rate and durability demanded for the heavy traffic road, and environmental affinity. CONSTITUTION: The preparing method of half-heating reinforced asphalt mixture using a foamed asphalt comprises the steps of: mixing instantaneously asphalt spreaded through a nozzle with water in an expansion chamber, resulting in the foamed asphalt; adding half-heated aggregate at a temperature of 40-110°C to 1.5-5% of the foamed asphalt optionally mixing with an additive, where the aggregate is new, old and new+old asphalt mixture and the ratio of new / old(recycled) asphalt mixture is 30°C-70% / 70°C -30%. The method has an economic effect and environmental affinity because of recycling the 50% or more of waste asphalt.</p> |
