PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for adjusting a rotational angle of a camera module for a mobile communication device by which the rotation angle of the camera module can be easily and conveniently controlled by operating a direction button installed at a main body of the device. SOLUTION: The apparatus 200 for adjusting a rotational angle of the camera module for the mobile communication device comprises a driving force generating means 210 installed in a lid 120, a push member 220 rotatably coupled to a rotating shaft 211 of the driving force generating means 210, a camera rotating plate 230 fixed to the camera module 140 by the push member 220 so as to selectively make contact with the camera module for adjusting the rotational angle of the camera module 140, and a pivot member 240 connected to the push member 220 and the camera rotating plate 230 for serving as a pivot for the camera rotating plate 230.
