PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver with a teletext broadcasting information display function which can compose two pieces of information from among a plurality of program information and menu information in the teletext broadcasting, and a microcomputer for processing the teletext broadcasting information which is the constituent element of the television receiver. SOLUTION: The television receiver with the teletext broadcasting information function is composed by using the microcomputer for processing the teletext broadcasting information. The microcomputer can execute the following operations. It extracts the teletext broadcasting information from a television signal and decodes it in a slice circuit 21. It stores the decoded teletext information data to a memory group 23 and receives a command input signal. It designates two data from in the stored teletext information data by a CPU 27.
