PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of integrally registering destination information items of the same destination to one abbreviation number or a one-touch key. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus 1 provided with a means for making communications with a plurality of communication protocols, and a destination information designation means for designating an IP address of a destination includes: a communication protocol designation means for designating a communication protocol in use; a display means for displaying designated images 23 to 25 of attached information in response to the designated communication protocol; and a means for making communication with the destination with the designated IP address in compliance with the designated communication protocol based on the attached information designated through the designated images 23 to 25.
