PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise from being generated by the operation of a noise canceler even when an AGC system equipped with a time constant shortening function by electric field abrupt change detection and a momentary break type noise canceler are used. SOLUTION: The noise canceler 40 detects a pulsating noise component in a received signal inputted to a received signal processing system and instantaneously breaks transmission of an electric signal to a poststage side of the received signal once a noise component is detected. When the noise canceler 40 operates and an OSM 42 outputs voltage turning off a switch 44, this voltage is applied to a function on/off switch 22 of an electric field abrupt change detecting circuit 21 through a control line 45. When the function on/off switch 22 is turned off by detecting the pulsating noise, shortening of a time constant by electric field abrupt change detection is stopped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
