<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap seal package for apparently distinguish an unlawfully opened package and further beautifully cut along a lateral perforation for opening when it is opened lawfully. <P>SOLUTION: This cap seal package 1 includes a container 2 with a cap having a recess between the bottom end of the cap and the bottom end of a body and a cap seal 3 heat shrunk and attached to the cap and a container body. The cap seal 3 is formed with a pair of vertical perforations 4L, 4R for opening, a lateral perforation 5 for opening peripherally formed in the whole peripheral direction of the container 2 and an auxiliary perforation 6L extending roughly in parallel to the perforation 5. The perforation 6L is formed above the perforation 5. The cap seal 3 is heat shrunk and attached in a condition where the perforation 5 is positioned at the top end or below the top end of the body and the perforation 6L is positioned 3 mm above from the bottom end of the cap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
