LIGHT GUIDE, SURFACE LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE, DISPLAY DEVICE AND LIGHTING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide and its manufacturing method achieving both of reduction in thickness and an improvement in light unitization efficiency and productivity by integration and reduction in the number of components, and to provide a surface light emitting device, a display device and a lighting system each incorporating such a light guide.

SOLUTION: The light guide has a light guide part 10 made of a foamed material foamed by the application of radiation energy and heat energy. The light guide part 10 includes a low-foaming region 13 in which the proportion of an area occupied by foam is 0.5% or less, and a high-foaming region 14 in which the proportion thereof is 1% or more.
