PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food freshness preserving system capable of providing food with high freshness and suppressing the amount of food to be disposed of. SOLUTION: This foods freshness preserving system 100 preserves the freshness of the foods F circulatively conveyed for being served to drinking and eating customers and is provided with a circulating conveyance passage 2 and a conditioning air supply part 4. The circulating conveyance passage 2 is the conveyance passage for mounting the foods F and circulatively conveys the foods F.
