PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further increase a vibration reduction function by the rational improvement of a normal rotation balancer and a reverse rotation balancer in the reaping apparatus of a harvester with which a reaping blade is reciprocated at a constant stroke by connecting the tip part of a crank arm to be rotated and driven by a crank shaft to a knife head attached to the reaping blade and rotating and driving the crank arm in a fixed direction. SOLUTION: The reaping apparatus of a harvester is equipped with the normal rotation balancer 36 rotating integrally with the crank arm 23 and the reverse rotation balancer 37 synchronizing with the normal rotation balancer 36 and rotating in the reverse direction. The rotation phase of the reverse rotation balancer 37 relatively to the crank arm 2 is set so that the reverse rotation balancer 37 is passed with the crank arm 23 in a horizontal rotation phase in the reverse direction ahead of only a given angleαat a point of time when the crank arm 23 reaches a horizontal rotation phase to cause the stroke end of the reaping blade.
