摘要 This invention provides a highly reliable ceramic substrate, which is free from heat cycle-derived stress concentration on an electric conduction part and is provided with a glass layer, for covering a part of the electric conduction part, having excellent adhesion to a ceramic substrate body and plating resistance, and an electronic device and a process for producing a ceramic substrate. A glass layer is provided so as to astride a part from a part of an electric conduction part provided on one main face of the ceramic substrate body to one main face of the ceramic substrate body. The glass layer is a glass layer (13) having a double layer structure of a first glass layer (11) formed of a first glass material and a second glass layer (12) provided on the first glass layer and formed of a second glass material different from the first glass material constituting the first glass layer. The first glass material has better adhesion to the ceramic substrate body than the second glass material, and the second glass material has better plating resistance than the first glass material.
