摘要 Provided is a fuel cell complex generation system which minimizes the load for improving generation efficiency and is environmental friendly by using the waste heat, warm water, etc. A fuel cell complex generation system stores the hydrogen gas generated at the electrolysis device of water in a hydrogen storage tank(30) to supply it to the fuel electrode(22) of a fuel cell generation system, transmits the electricity generated by electrochemical reaction through an inverter, sends the oxygen generated at the electrolysis device of water to the air electrode(23) through an oxygen storage tank(35), and sends the water generate by reaction to the electrolysis device of water, wherein the waste heat generated at the fuel cell generation system(20) and the electrolysis device of water are sent to a heat engine(50) to generate additional power by a compressor and a steam turbine, the remaining warm water is sent to a boiler and the recovered cool water is used as the cooling water of the fuel cell generation system and the electrolysis device of water. The amount of gas from the hydrogen storage tank and the oxygen storage tank to the fuel cell generation system is controlled by a control valve(43,44) to prevent the generation on unreacted gas.
