A technique for designing a power increasing cam and a tool using the same are provided to increase power continuously at a constant power increasing rate or adjust the power increasing rate. A wrench body coupled with a rotary shaft and a rotary plate is inserted between inner covers, and a gear mounted on a wrench support board fixed on the inner covers is connected to an eccentric gear through a connection plate. The eccentric gear is arranged on a front end of a lever which is rotatably mounted on a wrench lever. A fixed support board fixed on an outer cover has a front end in which a ratchet plate adjustment member is equipped such that a front end of the ratchet plate contacts a stopper protrusion formed on an inner cover ring. |
