摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card reader/writer suitable for constructing an IC card settlement system for collecting a certain fixed amount such as the admission fee of a facility by an IC card.

SOLUTION: This IC card reader/writer system 10 is configured to collect electronic money of a predetermined amount from electronic money charged to an IC card by performing radio communication with the IC card held over an antenna part 11, and to collect only the amount to be displayed at a fixed use amount display part 13 of a display panel part 12.
