PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system and its fabrication process. SOLUTION: The image display system including a thin film transistor (TFT) device comprises: a substrate including a pixel region; an active layer arranged on the substrate of the pixel region and including a channel region and a pair of source-drain region partitioned by the channel region; and a gate structure arranged on the active layer and including deposition of a gate dielectric layer and a gate layer.
