PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus which can implement a heat insulation function and a function for dissipation heat to the outside of the body case in the body case without dividing a substrate mounting a protection object component and a heat generation component. SOLUTION: The electric apparatus, i.e. an amplifier 100 for network speaker, comprises a body case 101, a substrate 109 in the body case 101, a heat dissipation member 103 located at the end of the substrate 109 and exposed to the outside of the body case 101, a heat generation component 113 located at the heat dissipation member 103 side end of the substrate 109, and a heat insulation member 116 secured in the body case 101. In the amplifier 100 for network speaker, the heat insulation member 116 presses the heat generation component 113 against the heat dissipation member 103 and partitions the area on the substrate 109 into a heat generation area H and the remaining area R.
