SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display includes: a substrate 210 having a display region 211 and the non-display region 212; a buffer layer 220; the alignment mark 230 formed on the buffer layer 220 corresponding to the non-display region 212; the active layer 240 formed on the buffer layer 220 corresponding to the display region 211; a gate insulating layer 250; a gate electrode 260 formed on the gate insulating layer 250 corresponding to the active layer 240; an interlayer insulating layer 270 formed on the gate electrode 260; a source/drain electrode 280 formed on the interlayer dielectric layer 270 and electrically coupled to the active layer 240; an insulating layer 290 formed on the source/drain electrode 280; and an organic light emitting element 300 formed on the insulating layer 290 and electrically coupled to the source/drain electrode 280.
