PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a bowl-tilting type toilet stool and improve operation efficiency. SOLUTION: A bowl-tilting type toilet stool is provided with a frame, toilet bowl basin and a tilting bowl. The tilting bowl is supported at a lower part of the toilet bowl basin to receive and store water/excrement supplied from the toilet bowl basin. The tilting bowl discharges the content to a drain by inclination. The tilting bowl is supported to stay at a horizontal position by action force to the tilting bowl giving holding torque around a support shaft with resultant force at the time of waiting. When the torque generated by the tilting bowl and the content thereof becomes larger than the holding torque, the tilting bowl moves to an inclined position and discharges the content.
