PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow switching of video/audio signals without bothering a user. SOLUTION: When a specified operation is requested from a video/audio signal providing device 20 by an operation requesting means 11a through a communication means 17, a switching request acquiring means 11b acquires a switching request generated by the video/audio signal providing device 20 according to the specified operation. A video/audio signal outputting means 16 stops outputting of video/audio signal in response to the request for the specified operation. A switching means 14 is controlled by a switching control means 11c so as to be switched to a predetermined operation.
