PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment capable of preventing deterioration in acoustic characteristic by discharging water that has intruded inside by a normal usage operation. SOLUTION: A first casing 100 is provided with a receiver sound hole 2 at a position where air is introduced by wind pressure when an open state in which the receiver sound hole is opened is changed to a close state in which a second casing 200 covers the receiver sound hole 2. The first casing 100 is provided with a receiver sub-sound hole 7 where the air introduced into the receiver sound hole 2 is caused to flow out.
