<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out desired printing to a surface for a printing object with the three-dimensional shape surface. <P>SOLUTION: The printer is equipped with a base; a first supporting member 10 freely movable in the X-axis direction; a second supporting member 15 freely movable in the Z-axis direction; a third supporting member 20 freely rotatable centering a first rotation axis Y0; a holding chuck 26 freely rotatable centering a second rotation axis X0, holding the printing object 80; and a printer head movable in the Y-axis direction above the printing object 80. Controlling of movement and rotation of the first-third supporting members and holding chuck 26, and controlling of movement of the printer head are carried out by a movement controller. Controlling of ejection of an ink from the printer head is accordingly carried out by a printing controller. The printer head has many ejection nozzles arranged in the form of a plane. The printing controller carries out controlling of ejection of the ink from many ejection nozzles according to surface curvatures of printing points opposed to the many ejection nozzles on the surface of the printing object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
