<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing apparatus which performs the resolution conversion of a video signal by using a motion vector. <P>SOLUTION: The video processing apparatus, which performs the resolution conversion of the video signal by using the motion vector, comprises: a noise reduction section which uses one frame memory to perform frame-cyclic type noise reduction processing; and a resolution conversion section which uses the one frame memory to perform resolution conversion upon a video signal.
