PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simulating deformation of a flexible tube, which improves design efficiency, reduces design cost, and has advantages in precisely reproducing a deformation behavior in the flexible tube. SOLUTION: In the deformation simulation method, an analysis means 10B generates structure data on the basis of shape data D1 showing the shape of the flexible tube 40. The analysis means 10B uses the finite element method for calculation on the basis of the structure data, material characteristic data D2, constraint data D3 and boundary condition data D4, to output, through an output means 10C, first data D10 showing the deformation behavior when no load is applied and no pressure acts on an inner circumferential face of the flexible tube 40 while the both ends of the flexible tube 40 are fitted to the structure. The analysis means 10B uses the finite element method for calculation based on the above respective data and pressure data D5 showing the pressure applied to the inside of the flexible tube 40 to output, through the output means 10C, second data D12 showing the deformation behavior when a load is applied and a pressure acts on the inner circumferential face of the flexible tube 40.
