PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control device capable of arbitrarily setting a timing of performing a refresh operation, and suppressing peak currents from being increased by avoiding not only the conflict of the refresh operation but also the conflict of commands whose power is large just like a write/read operation. SOLUTION: This memory control device includes a plurality of memory control parts to which one or more memories whose refresh operation is periodically required are connected for performing data write/read operation to the memory and the refresh operation. The memory control part issues a refresh command in an arbitrary timing so that commands whose power is large can be prevented from collision with each other in the optimal period to each memory.
