A combining unit and a combining structure of a clutch pedal and a clutch master cylinder fork of a vehicle are provided to reduce the number of assembling processes to improve productivity and easily perform the assembling processes even in a narrow working space. A combining unit(1) of a clutch pedal and a clutch master cylinder fork of a vehicle includes a washer body(21), a washer(20), an upper holder(32), a pedal pin holder(33), and a clip(30). The washer body includes a penetration part that a pedal pin protruded from the clutch pedal penetrates. The washer includes a clip combining piece(22) having clip insertion holes(25). The upper holder penetrates the clip insertion holes and is bent inward to surround an upper stopper face(23). The pedal pin holder is extended from the upper holder downward and holds the pedal pin. The clip includes a lower holder held by a lower stopper face(24).
