A method for manufacturing a heat insulation mat is provided to increase operation efficiency, reduce the manufacturing cost, and simplify the manufacturing process by integrally fixing hoses put on the surface of a hot plate to a fixing member. A method for manufacturing a heat insulation mat comprises: forming a folder(16) for performing a sealing operation of hoses(11) fixed to the surface of a hot plate(10) of the heat insulation mat. The folder is formed to integrally guide a fixing member(19) and hoses. Twin needles(14) of a presser(13) of a sewing machine(12) fix the hoses to the surface of the hot plate while backstitching both sides of the fixing member. Ends of the hoses are respectively fixed to supporting members of separation tanks formed in a hot water feeder.
