A cooling system mounting structure is provided to maintain a space between a cooling system and a bumper beam in the event of low speed collision to prevent the cooling system from being destroyed. A cooling system mounting structure includes a front crash box(510), a rear crash box(520) and a mounting part(110). The front crash box is connected to a bumper beam. The rear crash box is arranged behind the front crash box and has a vertical cross section smaller than that of the front crash box or uses a material having hardness lower than that of the front crash box. The mounting part is mounted between the front and rear crash boxes. The rear crash box absorbs impact first and is deformed and a cooling system(100) is moved backward by the deformed extent of the rear crash box when a crash accident occurs.
