PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-conduction high frequency device capable of ensuring a desired performance by suppressing increase in the cooling capacity.SOLUTION: A super-conduction high frequency device has a super-conduction element, a cooler, a container, and a member. The super-conduction element includes a high frequency circuit formed at least by a superconductor. The cooler cools the super-conduction element. The container becomes airtight state while housing the super-conduction element. In the container, the member has a plurality of thin film wirings which are formed of a conductive material and connected with the super-conduction element. In the container, the member suppresses heat radiation from the inner surface of the container to the super-conduction element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
