PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fail-safe function by detecting falling of a component in a laser module or light-emitting device using an LD element.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device comprises: a semiconductor light-emitting element; a substrate having a through hole through which laser light emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting element passes; and a wavelength conversion member which is fastened on the substrate via a plurality of conductive joint parts. On a surface of the wavelength conversion member facing the substrate, a conductive film is formed on a region other than a region onto which the laser light is incident. The substrate is formed with a circuit pattern including a plurality of mutually-independent conductor parts on a side facing the wavelength conversion member. The plurality of conductor parts are fixed on the mutually-different conductive joint parts. A plurality of electrification paths reaching from one conductor part to a conductive joint part to which the conductor part is fixed, the conductive film, another conductive joint part to which another conductor part is fixed, and said another conductor part are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
