PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the impact of a hidden terminal at a transmission node, by acquiring a transmission right at a reception node on the basis of the information about the transmission wait data in the transmission node.SOLUTION: A wireless communication system includes a wireless terminal UE performing wireless communication in first and second frequency bands, a first wireless base station AP performing wireless communication in the first frequency band, and a second wireless base station BTS performing wireless communication in the second frequency band, where the AP and BTS are connected via a network. The wireless communication system further includes UD report transmission means for transmitting a UD report, including the information about the transmission wait user data from a transmission node for transmitting the user data addressed to a reception node. The reception node includes a transmission right control means for acquiring a transmission right by setting a certain transmission prohibition time in a channel of the first frequency band, in the peripheral wireless communication devices, depending on the UD report thus transmitted, transferring the transmission right to the transmission node, and transmitting the user data from the transmission node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
