ZOOM LENS, OPTICAL DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ZOOM LENS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact zoom lens having excellent optical performance, an optical device, and a method for manufacturing the zoom lens.SOLUTION: A zoom lens comprises, arranged in order from an object side along an optical axis: a first lens group G1 having negative refractive power; a second lens group G2 having positive refractive power; a third lens group G3; and a fourth lens group G4. The zoom lens zooms by changing a distance between each of the lens groups. The second lens group G2 is composed of a lens component having positive refractive power and a cemented lens. The fourth lens group G4 is fixed to an image surface when zooming from a wide-angle end state to a telephoto end state. The zoom lens satisfies the following conditional expression (1): 0.55
