The present invention provides a lifting thread having an asymmetric structure, comprising: a wire-shaped support part; a grip part comprising a plurality of grip cocks circumferentially arranged in a zigzag at intervals of 180 degrees at one side of the support part; and a retention part comprising a plurality of retention cocks circumferentially arranged at intervals of 90 degrees at the side of the support part and having a slope opposite to the grip cocks, wherein the retention part fixes a position in a state in which skin tissue is pulled with respect to the grip part during a step of inserting the support part and preforming an operation, and prevents a sagging phenomenon caused by gravity and the restoring force of tissue during a time-passing process after the operation. |
