PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing system, and an information processing method which are capable of improving convenience.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 1 includes a rotation determination part 11b which is for changing a display image according to a mouse operation and determines whether or not a mouse wheel 71 is rotationally operated at a predetermined speed or more, a booster setting part 12a which sets an operation amount larger than a rotation operation amount, when the rotation determination part 11b determines that the mouse wheel is rotationally operated at the predetermined speed or more, and an image control part 12b which performs image control based on the operation amount set by the booster setting part 12a according to the mouse operation. The rotation determination part 11b changes a parameter for determining whether or not the mouse wheel is rotationally operated at the predetermined speed or more, according to a predetermined condition. |
