PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device of a box for storage of electric and electronic equipment, which uses a cylinder lock as a locking device, and which eliminates the risk of being broken even when a rotary handle is urged to be rotated with full force.SOLUTION: A handle device includes a rotary handle 5, and a handle body 3 that is provided with a cylinder lock 9 for regulating its rotation. The handle device is locked by engaging a rotary protrusion 14, which is provided on the rotary handle 5, with an arm part 12 of the cylinder lock 9 for regulating the rotation of the rotary protrusion 14. An abutting part 16, on which the arm part 12 of the cylinder lock 9 in a locked state abuts, is formed in the handle body 3. Structurally, a rotational load applied to the cylinder lock 9 through the rotary protrusion 14 is received by the abutting part 16. |
