The device has a control switch (S) for controlling setting of two energy sources i.e. CR2032 type batteries (B1, B2), in series or parallel manner. The switch is connected between connection points (B, C). A third energy source delivers power via a universal serial bus (USB)connector connected to a host computer. A control module has two sub-modules (SM1, SM2) that are formed by setting of diodes (D1, D2) and the two energy sources, respectively. The two energy sources have positive and negative poles that are connected to the connection points, respectively.
