PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat dissipation fin which can improve yield and can efficiently manufacture, and provide the heat dissipation fin.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat exchanger includes: a through hole forming process of forming a plurality of through holes, through which a refrigerant pipe passes, on a plate material having a predetermined horizontal width, which is conveyed and input; a dividing process of cutting so as to divide the plate material with the plurality of through holes formed into a plurality of heat dissipation fin elements along a horizontal width direction; and a cutting process of cutting the plate material, which is divided into a plurality of pieces in the horizontal width direction, by a predetermined vertical width along a conveying/inputting direction to separate the plurality of heat dissipation fin elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
