PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding a gasket for medical use capable of performing molding so that a surface of a gasket for medical use to be molded, especially, a sliding surface in contact with an inner surface of a syringe barrel, is not damaged.SOLUTION: A mold 10 for molding a gasket for medical use has a recess 11 that forms a contour of the gasket. The recess formed on the mold has an inlet opening edge 13 recessed from the surface of the mold, and the edge 13 is machined in an R shape. A curvature radius R of the R shape of the edge 13 is 0.01-0.20 mm.EFFECT: The gasket for medical use is thus molded without damaging the surface of the gasket for medical use, especially the sliding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
